Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we will gladly replace it.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged book received
• Incorrect item delivered
• Printing defect issues

2. Non-Returnable Items

• E-books / Digital products
• Books damaged by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging

3. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

4. Replacement Process

Send us photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product at support@anandaprakashan.com. After verification, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if the replacement is not available. Refund amount will be credited to your bank/UPI within 5–7 working days.
